PRODUCT RELATED ▼ 1: I need a product that's not listed on your store.: Not to worry, we receive unique product requests all the time. Drop us an email and we'll be happy to help! We are able to manufacture all types of silicone rubber, MOQ required.
◄ 2: I need a large order, do you offer bulk discounts?: Yes. For larger orders, contact us with your item requirements and we will provide you with a quotation.
◄ 3: I need a large order, do you have stock?: All items listed on our online store are available, existing stock. For large orders, please email us with the quantity required and we will inform you of its availability.
◄ 4: I am unsure if the product will be able to work with my machinery. Can you help?: Feel free to visit us and have a discussion. It will be good if you bring the sample for us to take a look. We're located at :

SHIPPING RELATED ▼ 1: What Delivery options do you offer?: For domestic (within Singapore) orders, we recommend our FREE Self - Collection option. After completing your purchase, our team will prepare your items. You will receive a notification via SMS / email once your order is ready for collection.

If delivery is required, we charge a fee of :
Domestic (within Singapore); Small - approx. SG$4.20; Large - approx. SG$7.00; Oversized - approx. SG$7.00; International (anywhere outside Singapore); Small - approx. SG$14.00; Large - approx. SG$28.00; Oversized - approx. SG$42.00
▼ 2: Shipping times and estimated delivery?: Domestic shipping takes 1 - 3 business days.
International shipping takes 7 - 12 business days.
▼ 3: Will I be able to track my order?: All orders comes with shipment tracking. Once your order is shipped out, we will send you your tracking number either by email or phone.
PAYMENT RELATED ▼ 1: Is it safe to buy from your store?: Absolutely. Our entire store is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. We DO NOT store your credit information anywhere on our store. Furthermore, we are also SSL certified; an additional layer of security—256-bit encryption— all the data that goes through our site is encrypted. Simply put, you can shop here with complete confidence.
▼ 2: Which payment methods do you accept?: Our online store accepts payments via Apple Pay, PayPal, and all major credit cards. All orders will be processed in SGD.

If you visit us personally in our office, we only accept Cash or Cheque payments.
▼ 3: Is there GST when purchasing from your store?: ARIS Performance Silicones is NOT GST-registered. The prices on our store is the final price unless delivery is required.
RETURNS & REFUNDS ▼ 1: I bought the wrong size and it does not fit my equipment. Can I make an exchange or refund?: Standardised products like Silicone Elbow Hose, Turbocharger Hose, Hump Hose, Reducer Hose, Straight Hose, FULL lengths of flexible tubing or flexible wire tubing are exchangeable. There must be no visible signs of wear and tear on the product due to improper handling during installation.

Customers will be required to return the product at their own costs. Once the item is inspected, we will process the exchange or refund.

Customised products like Silicone seal, profiles, foams and sponges, including pre-cut lengths of any products. eg. Non-standard length of Flexible silicone tubing, silicone hoses, couplers etc... , are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
